you request is "in the pipeline"
to be added within the next
planned update or you can order
it specifically for your account
What happens to my data if you go out of business ?
• We have been in business since
1995 and plan to be around for
a good long while, however, we
do understand your concern.
With CRM by Web you have
two levels of data protection: 1. We back up all data on all
servers daily with weekly tape
rotation; and 2. You have access to export
and import tools that allow you to
personally back your data into
text files that can be imported into
other programs
