- Marketing campaign management:
Marketing campaign management module will include the following features:
- Add new campaigns
- Update/delete existing campaigns
- Search campaigns by various parameters, review campaign details
- Ability to assign lead to a specific campaign
- Ability to drill-down leads, prospects and accounts to original campaigns
- Reports on campaign results: number of leads,
leads activity, leads that requested quotes, leads that
were converted to prospects accounts
- ROI calculations
- Project management / Job Cost:
Project management module will supplement order entry area for the companies that
do custom projects. The module will include the following features:
- Enter new project
- Update / Delete projects
- Allow multiple phases per project
- Search projects by various parameters, review details
- Separately track work progress for each phase
- Separately track billable hours, subcontractors cost, material and cost
- Produce and keep track of invoices related to specific project
- Optionally customer can review project progress via customer self-service
area, review and pay online project invoices
